The Rizq Meats cold chain is a seven-stage corridor from an abattoir in Pakistan to a customer dock in Saudi Arabia, on which temperature is logged continuously and the record is published rather than claimed.
Slaughter and dressing
Every animal Rizq Meats ships is slaughtered by hand to halal rite and dressed on the same line. The carcass is weighed, tagged and entered against a lot number before it leaves the floor.

Carcass grading, hands and stamp visible Chilling and grading
Carcasses enter the chiller within the hour and are held there until core temperature settles into band. A grader assesses conformation and fat cover before anything is released to packing.
Stage 02 — Chilling and grading Halal certification and veterinary clearance
A halal certificate and a veterinary health certificate are issued against the lot number, not against the shipment. Rizq Meats can produce both documents for any delivery on request.

The reefer is pre-chilled before loading and sealed once at origin. Rizq Meats records the seal number on the delivery note, and the seal is broken in front of the receiving buyer.

Air freight
A data logger travels inside the load and records temperature for the whole crossing. Rizq Meats publishes the widest excursion recorded this year rather than claiming there were none.
Stage 05 — Transit Arrival, inspection and clearance
On arrival in Saudi Arabia the load is inspected and cleared against the same lot documentation issued at origin. The logger is downloaded before the doors are opened for offloading.

Rizq Meats holds cleared product in its own cold store and delivers in refrigerated vehicles. Temperature is read and signed for at the dock, by the buyer, before the load is accepted.

The single widest temperature deviation recorded across all Rizq Meats shipments this year. It stayed within tolerance, and it is published because a supplier who shows an imperfection is easier to check than one who claims none.

What we do not do
- Rizq Meats does not supply frozen meat. Product that has been frozen at any point is not sold as chilled, and no load is frozen to extend its life.
- Rizq Meats does not publish a price list. Livestock cost and freight both move, and a published price on a chilled import is out of date before a buyer reads it.
- Rizq Meats does not guarantee a fixed daily volume during Hajj and Ramadan. Demand and freight capacity both tighten, and a supplier promising unchanged volume in those weeks is promising something the corridor cannot hold.
- Rizq Meats does not sell to consumers. The minimum order is set for hotels, caterers and food service operators, and there is no retail counter.
