Fresh halal beef, mutton and lamb, never frozen, moved from Pakistan to your kitchen on a sealed corridor that never breaks temperature.
Rizq Meats is a Saudi importer and wholesale distributor of chilled halal beef, mutton and lamb, supplying hotels, caterers and food service operators from a direct corridor out of Pakistan.

Every kilo we move carries a stamp, a document, and a temperature that never moved.
Rizq Meats issues a halal certificate, a veterinary health certificate and a temperature log against the lot number for every consignment it moves. Any of the three can be produced for any delivery.

02
Sheep over twelve months. Declared as mutton on the delivery note, not sold as lamb.

03
Sheep under twelve months. The rack and the saddle are the cuts a kitchen judges you on.
The Rizq Meats corridor runs from a Pakistani abattoir to a Saudi dock in seven recorded stages. A data logger travels with the load and the temperature is read at both ends.

Every animal Rizq Meats ships is slaughtered by hand to halal rite and dressed on the same line. The carcass is weighed, tagged and entered against a lot number before it leaves the floor.
02

Carcasses enter the chiller within the hour and are held there until core temperature settles into band. A grader assesses conformation and fat cover before anything is released to packing.
03

A halal certificate and a veterinary health certificate are issued against the lot number, not against the shipment. Rizq Meats can produce both documents for any delivery on request.

SV-LHE-000000
The reefer is pre-chilled before loading and sealed once at origin. Rizq Meats records the seal number on the delivery note, and the seal is broken in front of the receiving buyer.
05

Air freight
A data logger travels inside the load and records temperature for the whole crossing. Rizq Meats publishes the widest excursion recorded this year rather than claiming there were none.
06

On arrival in Saudi Arabia the load is inspected and cleared against the same lot documentation issued at origin. The logger is downloaded before the doors are opened for offloading.
07

Dammam and Jeddah
Rizq Meats holds cleared product in its own cold store and delivers in refrigerated vehicles. Temperature is read and signed for at the dock, by the buyer, before the load is accepted.
Rizq Meats publishes the cut specification a chef checks against a delivery note: the cut, whether it is bone-in, how it is trimmed, and the weight band it falls in.
